Créno is an online booking service, provided by Solution Lancée, that you can embed on your own website. These terms govern your use of the service, whether you're a business embedding Créno (a "customer") or someone booking an appointment through a site using Créno (a "visitor").
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. Your plan's limits (bookings, calendars, websites) are listed on the pricing page.
You may not use Créno for a site that's illegal, fraudulent, or that collects booking information without visitors' consent. We reserve the right to suspend an account that abuses the service or jeopardizes its stability for other customers.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee an uninterrupted service, except under a separate written agreement (see the Business plan).
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend an account for violating these terms, with reasonable notice except where there's an immediate risk to the service.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Solution Lancée is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and applicable federal laws of Canada.
